Pultrusion Process and Products |
Pultrusion is a continuous automatic process where in the fibrous reinforcements are allowed to pass through a resin bath of Polyester/Vinyl Ester/Epoxy which then enters into a pre heated die and the complete polymerization takes place inside the die. The cured composite is continuously pulled by pullers and is then cut to the desired length. Being a continuous process, the profiles shall be pulled to the desired length. The dimension, glass to resin ratio will be constant throughout the process and is known for its high volume production.
